Eid Ul-Fitr

This movie shows Eid ul-Fitr. Eid ul-Fitr is an Islamic holyday that marks the end of fasting and end Ramadan month. In that day, it’s a celebration day for all Muslims. We wake up early and pray and we have to eat something to mark end Ramadan. We know that day by seeing the next moon after moon’s Ramadan. By seeing that moon we decline Eid ul-Fitr.
Everybody wears the best clothes and be ready for that day. Fasting is forbidden on that day because it marks the end of fasting month. Every country has different celebration. In Saudi Arabia the celebration stays for three days which make the children play and enjoy in that days.

Ramadan

Ramadan is the holy month for the Muslims and it’s the ninth month of the Muslims calendar. Every month in the Muslims calendar starts by seeing the moon. Therefore, Ramadan starts by seeing the moon and we have to fast whole that month. In addition, in that month we increase of the workshops for Allah. Most of Muslims read whole the Quran in that month. All the Muslims love this month because it divided to three parts which every Muslim wants to get one of these parts. The first part is Rahma whish means mercy of Allah. The second part is Maghfirah which means forgiveness of Allah. The third part is Najat which means salvation and going to heaven. Every part has ten days of Ramadan, so we have to workshop hard in Ramadan.
The fasting in this month starts from dawn time (the first time prayer) to sunset (the fourth time prayer). In this time, we don’t eat or drink any thing we have to increase of our workshops when we are fasting.
In this month, there is night called Lay Lat Al-Qadir in this night the Quran was sent to the earth. Thus, this month is the holy month for all Muslims.

Cat Steven’s Story

Yusuf Islam who was known as Cat Steven was born in 1948 in London. He is a famous musician. He converted to Islam in 1977 at height of his fame. After he became a Muslim, he abandoned the music because he heard from some scholars the music is forbidden. His story that made him converted to Islam is amazing.

When Stevens nearly drowned in an accident in Malibu in 1975, he reports having pleaded with God to save him. Stevens described the event in a VH1 interview some years later: “I suddenly held myself and I said, ‘Oh God! If you save me, I’ll work for you.’” The near-death experience intensified his long-held quest for spiritual truth. He had looked into Buddhism “Zen and I Ching, numerology, tarot cards and astrology”, but when his brother David gave him a copy of the Qur’an, Stevens began to find peace with himself and began his transition to Islam.
He formally converted to the Islamic faith in 1977 and took the name Yusuf Islam in 1978, saying that he “always loved the name Joseph” and was particularly drawn to the story of Joseph in the Qur’an. (Yusuf is the Arabic version of the name Joseph.

The movie shows his life and why he decided to convert to Islam and what he founded in his new faith Islam.

The Death Time

Every thing in this life has start time and end time. This movie shows the death time which is the end of life for human. In that day, when the family and friends will cry and anguish but after one month or maybe less than one month they will forget you. Everybody will go back to the sand that he created from. I hope to everybody ask himself questions, why did he created? Did he create to grow up and get a job or what? And is there another life or not? If there is, is there heaven and hill? So what is the right way to follow in this life? Many question that should people ask them self and find the answers.

ALHIJAB

Hijab means cover and must all the women’s Muslims have to cover their body. That’s mean modesty, privacy and morality for them. The women’s Muslims have to keep their beauty for their husbands not for everybody. Most of the western think that is kind of freedom less for women. In Islam, the woman is holy, so the Islam gives her top position because she is the mother and the wife that must respect. When the woman shows her beauty for everybody she will tempt them and she will fall in the adultery.Therefore, keeping the woman of adultery she has to cover her body and doesn’t show her beauty for everybody and that comes by wearing AlHIJAB. In addition, ALHIJAB doesn’t stop them to study or work, it just to keep them saves.

King Abdul-Aziz

This is movie represents brief story how the king Abdul Aziz made his kingdom. In addition, how he developed it with his people who love him and he loves them. He stopped all the wars that were between the tribes and made like one man in one country. The evolutions that King Abdul Aziz did it made the people trust him and put him the king. He supported the Islam religion more than the country. He sprawled the security in the whole country. Because all these reasons we love and respect him and his sons.

Marquoq

The recipe
1 kgm of meat is cut for small pieces.
3 cups of flour.
3 liters of warm water.
1 onions is cut for small pieces.
2 potatoes are cut for pieces.
1 tomatoes is cut for small pieces.
2 tablespoons of oil.
Spicy.
Salt.

Mix the flour and 1 liter of warm water and salt until become hard and make it five small pieces as shown in the picture. Then, warm up the oil and put the meat. After that, add 2 liters of water and the spicy and leave it until boiling. Next, role five pieces of flour and add it and you can any kind of vegetables you like. Leave it for 5 minutes and put it in plate and enjoy eating.

WHAT IS ISLAM AND WHO ARE MUSLIMS?

This movie represents some of the definitions about Islamic religion. These definitions are very important to know how the Muslim is. Some people say we are Muslims and do bad things like kill or agonizing and non-Muslims think that from Islam. By this movie I want to clarify the meaning of Islam and who is the real Muslim. To judge of Islam religion you need to read the Holly Quran and understand it not by what odd people do. I hope to enjoy watching this movie and be curious to read the Holly Quran.

The Arabic term ‘islam means “submission” and itself comes from the term ‘aslama, which means “to surrender, resign oneself.” In Islam, the fundamental duty of each Muslim is to submit to Allah (Arabic for “the God”) and whatever Allah wants of them. A person who follows Islam is called a Muslim, and this means “one who surrenders to God.” It is thus clear that the concept of submission to the will, desires, and commands and God is inextricably linked to Islam as a religion — it’s an inherent part of the name of the religion, of the religion’s followers, and of the basic tenets of Islam.

Daghabees

The recipe
1 kgm of meat is cut for pieces.
3 cups of flour.
2 liters of warm water.
2 onions.
4 tomatoes.
1 piece of garlic.
a dash of Salt.
Spicy.

The way to cook:
Mix the flour, 1 liter of warm water and salt until become hard and leave it for a while. Then, cut onions to small pieces and put it in caldron with meat, garlic, spicy and the rest water. Waite until the water boiling, after that cut tomatoes to small pieces and put it above the meat. Role the flour that we did and make it circle and put it in the caldron. Make many circles but don’t put it in the same time in the caldron. You have to wait for 30 second between every one. In the end, put it a big plate as shown in the picture and enjoy.

Miracles of The Quran

I like this movie because it shows the truth that the Quran is words of the lord. This movie shows the power of the lord. I want everybody to think about how could Prophet Mohammed peace upon him knew all these information it it’s not from the lord. Prophet Mohammed peace upon him couldn’t read or write and he didn’t have any kind of technology to prove what he said. In this movie, you will see some discoveries that mentioned in the Quran before 14 centuries that means the Quran is from Allah. If these words from Prophet Mohammed we will find a lot of mistakes but because it’s from Allah there is no mistake. By the way, in the end of this movie they made mistake by reading the Quran by numbers. All the scholars say the Quran doesn’t read by numbers like the word moon mentioned 12 times, so we have 12 months. This way to read the Quran is wrong. I hope you to enjoy watching this movie.
